Shipping & Returns

 

Most products will be shipped from one of Wheel Enhancement’s shipping locations. Wheel Enhancement may drop-ship some products directly from the manufacturers and vendors. All products are shipped via UPS, FedEx, On Trac or other qualified carrier. Special arrangements may need to be made for international orders and oversize packages.  In the event a product arrives damaged in transit, please follow the steps listed below.  All damaged items must be reported to the shipping carrier immediately upon delivery and you must also notify Wheel Enhancement within 1 business day of receiving your order. If these steps are not followed, your shipment may not qualify for a warranty damage claim.

Complete the Shipping DAMAGE Claim Form by contacting the carrier that delivered your package. 
Keep the product and its original packaging and carton
Make a list of the damaged or lost item(s)
Wheel Enhancement will contact the shipper once we have received the information as needed above to schedule a pickup or on-site inspection

DO NOT send damaged items directly back to Wheel Enhancement
Once the product has been picked up and inspected by Wheel Enhancement and/or the Shipper, a replacement part will be shipped or credit will be issued.

The Shipping Rates shown at the time of checkout are based on dimensional rate only. If your shipment exceeds the carriers maximum weight limits we will need to contact you to discuss an alternate shipping method. International orders and orders outside of the continental United States will not be automatically processed as we may require additional information prior to shipping.

 If you modify, install, or alter the item(s) purchased in any manner, we will not accept them on return. We will not cover any expenses related to the product or installation, and you maybe be required to purchase a replacement.

In the event that the product you ordered is sent in error or processed incorrectly by Wheel Enhancement or one of its vendors  we will arrange for the package to be returned and ship out a replacement.  We reserve the right to evaluate the order before determining if the shipment is incorrect.
