RETURN POLICY

  • Request for return must be made within thirty (30) days of receiving merchandise.
  • You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by calling customer service at 310-836-8908; prior to shipping.
  • Returns must be received back to us within thirty (30) days of the issue date of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  • All returned items must be in new, original condition and in the original protective packaging as shipped.
  • Used items are not eligible for return.
  • Wheels that have had tires mounted on them may not be returned.
  • Tires that have been installed or driven on may not be returned.
  • Wheel and tire packages cannot be returned.
  • Special orders, custom built, drilled to order, custom finished, individually customized wheels are not eligible for return or refund.
  • All approved returns are subject to inspection and a restocking fee of up to 20%, plus all freight costs incurred.
  • Canceled orders and refused shipments are subject to the same terms and conditions as stated above.
  • Orders shipped via Federal Express, OnTrac, DHL or UPS will be charged freight both ways on refused shipments.
  • Credits will be issued to the original credit card used on the order. If payment was made with cash or check, we will refund by check to the original billing address and addressee.
