RETURN POLICY

  • Request for return mustbe made within thirty (30) days of receiving merchandise.
  • You mustobtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by calling customer service at 310-836-8908; prior to shipping.
  • Returns mustbe received back to us within thirty (30) days of the issue date of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  • All returned items mustbe in new, original condition and in the original protective packaging as shipped.
  • Used items are noteligible for return.
  • Wheels thathave had tires mounted on them may not be returned.
  • Tires thathave been installed or driven on may not be returned.
  • Wheel and tire packages cannot be returned.
  • Special orders, custom built, drilled to order, custom finished, individually customized wheels are noteligible for return or refund.
  • All approved returns are subject to inspection and a restocking fee of up to 20%, plus all freight costs incurred.
  • Cancelled orders and refused shipments are subject to the same terms and conditions as stated above.
  • Orders shipped via Federal Express, OnTrac, DHL or UPS will be charged freight both ways on refused shipments.
  • Credits will be issued to the original credit card used on the order. If payment was made with cash or check, we will refund by check to the original billing address and addressee.
